This project empowered young people through leadership development, critical thinking, and life-skills training, preparing them to become confident, independent thinkers and future community leaders.

The Youth Leadership Program was designed to nurture young people by developing their leadership potential, critical thinking abilities, and personal confidence. Through experiential learning, mentoring, workshops, and community engagement, participants strengthened their communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. The program encouraged youth to become responsible, independent thinkers who could actively contribute to their communities and drive positive social change.
