This project improved community health by providing nutritional support for pregnant women and children, preventive healthcare services, vaccinations, cataract surgeries, health education, and family planning awareness.

The project focused on improving the health and well-being of vulnerable communities through a comprehensive healthcare program. It provided nutritional support to pregnant women and young children to promote healthy pregnancies, reduce malnutrition, and support early childhood development. The initiative also facilitated immunization services to protect children and families from preventable diseases. In addition, the project organized cataract screening and surgeries to restore vision and improve the quality of life for individuals with treatable eye conditions. Health education sessions raised awareness about hygiene, nutrition, disease prevention, maternal and child health, and healthy lifestyles, while family planning counseling helped families make informed decisions about reproductive health. By combining preventive healthcare, medical services, nutrition, and health education, the project contributed to healthier families, improved community well-being, and better long-term health outcomes.
