This project enhanced the employability of young people by providing career guidance, vocational training, life skills, and workplace readiness programs to prepare them for meaningful employment.

The Employability Education Project equipped young people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to successfully transition from education to employment. Through career counseling, vocational training, communication and life-skills development, digital literacy, and workplace readiness programs, participants gained the practical competencies required in today's job market. The initiative also provided opportunities for internships, industry exposure, mentoring, and career guidance, helping participants develop professional experience and make informed career choices. By strengthening employability skills and connecting youth with employment opportunities, the project improved job readiness, promoted financial independence, and enabled participants to build sustainable careers and contribute positively to their communities.
