Detailed Description

This project trained adolescent girls aged 12–18 to become grassroots leaders, equipping them with leadership, life, and communication skills to drive positive change in their villages. Long Description The project focused on empowering adolescent girls between the ages of 12 and 18 by developing their leadership potential and encouraging active participation in community development. Through structured training, mentoring, and experiential learning, participants strengthened their communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills. The program also raised awareness about education, health, gender equality, and civic responsibility, enabling girls to become confident advocates for positive change within their families and communities. By nurturing young leaders at the grassroots level, the initiative empowered girls to inspire others, address local challenges, and contribute to the long-term social and economic development of their villages.
