This project empowered rural women through leadership training and agricultural innovation, strengthening their livelihoods, decision-making abilities, and participation in sustainable farming.

The project focused on building the leadership capacity of rural women while promoting innovative and sustainable agricultural practices. Participants received training in leadership, community organization, financial management, and decision-making, enabling them to take active roles in local development and farmer groups. Alongside leadership development, the initiative introduced improved farming techniques, sustainable agricultural practices, and resource management strategies to enhance productivity and increase household incomes. Women were encouraged to adopt innovative approaches to farming, share knowledge within their communities, and become leaders in promoting sustainable agriculture.
