Abstract
This project supported 200 farmers by providing funding for paddy cultivation, helping them generate sustainable income, strengthen rural livelihoods, and reduce migration to urban areas.
Detailed Description
With support from IDS, the project provided financial assistance to 200 farmers for paddy cultivation, enabling them to invest in agricultural activities and generate a reliable source of income. The funding helped cover essential farming costs, allowing farmers to cultivate their land more effectively and improve agricultural productivity.
Beyond increasing household incomes, the initiative aimed to strengthen rural livelihoods and encourage reverse migration by creating viable economic opportunities within villages. By supporting sustainable farming and improving income generation, the project contributed to greater financial stability, enhanced food security, and the long-term development of farming communities
