This project trained women to become balwadi (preschool) teachers, creating employment opportunities while strengthening access to quality early childhood education in their communities

The project focused on empowering women through professional training as balwadi (preschool) teachers, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to support early childhood education. Participants received training in child development, classroom management, teaching methods, and care for young children, preparing them for meaningful employment within their communities.
